Your ovaries were left for the hormones, yes once a month you do ovulate which produces eggs. No you personally can not get pregnant due to the missing urtis. And no you don't have periods you can have all the symptoms cramping bloating etc... but that's it

Ya!! Ovaries produce eggs so therefore you would have them Ya!!! Though if you are trying to imply could you have a baby because you are producing eggs, and that answer would be no. The baby needs a womb (hysterectomy removed) in order to grow, and so reproduction is over.
