Its been pretty much like any other day. All I want is to spend the day with my family and have a meal that actually goes on a plate, eaten with silverware instead of fished out of a bag or a microwave. It'll happen in a couple of hours so I'll be fine.

Crippling..... Twisted my knee having to do the shopping by foot. Feels as if the bottom half hasn't straightened itself back and it hurts like hell....
