Your Pc is infected with adware and Norton isnt picking it up. Use these scans to remove it, both free.

Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

Don't know why you are confused. It's very simple. Based on the information you provided in the application, you have been approved. The bank will be verifying the info which will include pulling your credit report. If the info was correct, then you should have your card in about a month, worst case. It is likely that you will get the card within 2, maybe 3 weeks.

If you have a file shredder/eraser utility right click on the icon an scroll to the shred/erase option then left click if a prompt of some kind pops up just click okay proceed with the file erase and if program installed itself and can be seen in the add/remove programs uninstall it and then use the afore mentioned file shredder om the leftovers of the uninstall then reboot and do a free space wash with the file shredder/eraser program if you don't have either try 2 i like at http://www.webroot.com and http://www.cyberscrub.com respectively.
