computer conferencing????

I need two disadvantages or difficulties with computer conferencing as a medium for learning online, and suggest how they might be overcome.

1, It will be harder for students to ask questions if the conference isn't one on one. This can be overcome by allowing the students to email questions to the teacher as they are speaking.

2. Students/schools would have to pay for a computer, this can be overcome by not learning online...
