If you were downloading from Limewire, then it's possible. Look for the same exact file and start downloading. It will start from where it ended.
But if you were downloading just by right click > save as, then I'm afraid you have to start over.
Download Manager is a good software to recover broken downloads. You can get it from here:

Maybe not this time, but before you try again, try downloading and installing a download manager that allows restarting incomplete downloads. That way if it happens again or in the future you will have some help and shouldn't have to re-download the whole thing.

off course u have to restart again but if u r downloading through FLASH GET then u don't have to worry about left part. just restart and start downloading from same place where u left.

no your computer probalbe can't handle the dl or the site is messing up.
