its all about doing your own thing with the Gothic look. try messing about with lots of makeup and make your own look. its mostly pale skin and lots of black eyeshadow, thick black liner and black or very dark red lipstick good luck

This question is like asking what should I wear to be unique... it makes no sense. If a person has to ask this question then they probably are not goth.
However here tis your answer. She should wear whatever she likes. Being gothic is a state of mind not fashion. She should wear whatever she loves and not care what other people think she should wear. It's not about fitting in or being popular or shocking anyone or being scary. It's about doing your own thing.
