If "jom" is anywhere near correct, you might do some self-examination. There is no shame in counseling if you need it. The hardest part is being honest with oneself.
Hopefully, you have been misjudged. Examine the persons motive in saying that to you. Was the person being sarcastic, vindictive, or honestly trying to offer what was meant to be constructive.

Aloof, does not show much interest in people, does not show much feelings or emotions outwardly and weighs pros and cons before deciding on action to be taken usually for self gain or interest.
