I don't think cambodia is a good place to learn english. Try an english speaking country. Or if you live in cambodia listen to a bunch of english speaking shows.

Find a bilingual (English and Cambodian) speaker in Cambodia and take lessons from her/her.

well try to read more english books, for eg novel, newspapers
english can't be learnt in one day, it built up day by day for every effort you put in...
talk in chatroom... recommended also... try to talk to english speaking people...
