I am downloading a 695 MB file and I was wondering why it is slowing down 1 KB every few minutes what do I do?

server traffic is anbother thing that may cause some minor trouble during a download of that size.

Bandwidth fluctuates. It will be a while before you will be able to keep the exact upload and download speeds. I would not worried about 1 KB every few minutes.
