Big Macs, cheesecake, apple pie, pizza, and anything from Taco Bell. In fact you should only eat organic, 100% natural, home cooked foods you prepare yourself while wearing a full-length cotton apron and a hairnet...you should also make sure to drink 4 gallons of filtered organic antibacterial spring water every hour.

Anything you want that is health. You can dip into the cravings like chocolate shakes sometimes, but not everyday. Check with your doctor or midwife on the amount of what you should eat. You don't want to over eat just because it's healthy. Gaining to much weight is dangerous, and it will be harder to get your figure back.
But definitely eat fresh fruits and vegetables, 2% milk is good as well. Any type of juice that you can tolerate.
Also, try something new that you really were unsure about likeing because your taste buds have changed. Something like cottage cheese, and peaches or not to spicy Mexican food (don't want to suffer with heartburn all night).
No raw eggs of any type.

You Should Not Eat Junk Food
The basic problem with junk food is that it fills you up but does not provide vitamins or protein. As your stomach size decreases during pregnancy, junk food takes up room and prevents you from eating the foods you really need for your and your baby's health.

the only thing I was told not to eat during my pregnancies was any raw fish, and any meat that's still red.
Limit your amount of caffine, and junk food(i.e. fast food, or sweets). Don't listen to half of these people. I ate fried chicken(KFC and taco bell during my first one and pumpkin pie and sour candy with my second, they are both healthy) I also was a smoker, and I drinked alot of dr.peppers and cokes. just limit the amount you take in, (anything you eat/drink, baby eats/drinks too)
or just ask your doctor for a list of foods to limit and/or erase from your list.

honestly... you must not deprive yourself of eating anything that you wanted until 7 months :) just eat less those you know that can affect your pregnancy like caffeine and alcohol.
