I don't have a favorite manga; I have favorite manga-ka, including... Yamane Ayano, Yoshinaga Fumi, Ougi Yuzuha, Minase Masara, Takashima Kazusa, Takanaga Hinako, Kotobuki Tarako, Kano Shiuko, Nitta Youka... and so many others, but my brain is tired, so I can't name them all.
Hee... I love manga, which is pretty evident since I've got a $2,000+ collection of it. Then, I've got 20 GB worth of yaoi manga and yaoi anime on my USB drive. The ONLY people who might possibly have more than me are my yaoi manga providers... *smiles*

I'm female, so I sort of swing over towards those girly ones :) Hope you don't mind!
I really like Revolutionary Girl Utena. It's about a girl who's very tough, she goes to another school to find her "prince", but in the end she kind of becomes Anthy's prince. It's yuri (girl/girl), but I like it because of how strong and noble Utena is.
I love Gundam Wing as well. I dunno, I just love the Gundam boys :D
My other favorites are Hot Gimmick (a girl is being conned into being a guy's boyfriend because of her friend) and Boys Over Flowers (a girl at her new school is being picked on by boys, and two of them end up falling for her!). Othello is AWESOME, and I bet you'd like it too. It's about a girl, who's got two sides, and one is very shy and timid, and her other side (that she never remembers switching into) is wild and ends up getting revenge on all the girls who are mean to her, and revealing her true feelings towards the guy she likes.
