exact year hahaha ya right what do you want the basic Indus Valley, aryan arrival stuff or are you looking for Palelithic evidence? Obviously there still is Paleothic remains because hominids from Africa have long walked her shorlines.First was Homo Erectus and then Homo Sapien Sapiens. Our species may have entered India as far back as 80,000 or even earlier. However this migration may represent an even older human population that was out of Africa 120,000 went back in and then some of the genes went with the migration80,000 years ago.

A lot of un organised historical source- materials lay un tapped till later part of 19 th c. before scholars could explore and put them together in codified form. in sum- the process of developement of the art of writing history received its appropriate tuning up only after the influence of our contact with the West came about.

It is yet to catch the brain of the historians. It is very ancient. Yet to perfect historical studies need to be conducted. Our national leaders, who were products of western education and communist ideologies failed to recognise our history beyond 2000 years, as the countries where they are having great respect do not existed beyond that time.
