I approached bsnl customer care for sevaral times they are giving me the complaint numbers after that they told every thing is fine in my connection, but still the problem persists. I even tried in other hand sets by inserting my SIM card, it is always giving error "Message sending failed". Can any one help me to send SMS from my SIM. I thing there is some thing wrong in my SIM card program, if that is the case how will i over come that problem. Please help me. I installed "Message encrypted sofware " in my NOKIA 6600 phone i which it given a port number i didnt remember. with that i send one message to my own number and recieved the same with encrypted format which i cant able to decrypt. After that i think i am not able to send SMS from cell. Do u have any idea plese solve my prblem. Thank you.

try sending the message to the phone again on ur own number or just check that u hav money left in ur cell or u have paid the bill

my opinion is that if u desire to take new connection,then u dont b creazy for bsnl.it quite is so long prosess to get it.then u can decide for the assumption,airtel,vodafone and so on. & even u desire to take bsnl then pass to broker
