Need to Find this Movie!?

I saw this movie when I was younger that I don't remember much about, and I have been trying to find it for years. All I remember is that there are twins a boy and a girl separted at birth. The girl represents Heaven and the boy hell. The only scene I remember is towards the beginning the boy is trying to get someone hit by a bus, but the girl stops him from doing so. If you have any leads please HELP!

Also looking for another movie possible a lifetime movie. A Mom keeps seeing her dead daughter alive, and walking around. She begins following her everywhere and getting weird flash backs of when she was little. At the end of the movie she finds out she has a twin sister, and the little girl is hers. Any help on this one also very welcomed! Thanks

I don't recall ever hearing of the first one but the second one was a "made for tv movie" that was never in theaters and starred that chick from LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE, uh, Melissa Gilbert or whatever her name was.

I remember seeing it on the Lifetime Channel or something like that. Maybe Showtime.
