in control panel there is a windows firewall icon...click on it and follow the rest...

If its a fire wall you have installed then you simple go to the control panel and click change/remove programs to uninstall them. If you want to get rid of the windows standard one (it doesn't do anything anyway) you might have to do it another way. Or you can simply go to the windows control center and disable the firewall. Althoug it is recommended that you keep your windows fire wall and install a good one like Zone alarm (thats what i use and its very user friendly)
