Dont drop =( I got pregnant my sophmore year and tried to go back the semester after he was born and dropped all my classes and my GPA suffered. Now I am back and school and regreting I took so long to go back. This semester I am on the Honors List and it feels so good. Things happen at the wrongs times, you just have to pick yourself up, and dont turn back. Education is key in becoming a successful adult....but everyone makes mistakes. Take this xmas break to get yourself mentally prepared for next semester. Good Luck =)

Sweetie don't think that ending your own life over dropping out of college is the solution. SImply reapplying and getting back in school surrounding yourself with positive people and having a mentor can turn everything around. When you go back, make a promise to yourself that you are going to finish with flying colors don't get yourself down. Remember you did make a mistake, that's what being young is all about. But now you have learned and youre ready to try again. I commend you on this also, when you get your gpa up do some interning and volunteer work, it will make you a successful candidate when you graduate. You will be okay, remember nothing is impossible. Dust yourself and fight with all you got. YOU can definitely do this!!!! Best wishes to you sweetie...

I had failed English seven times due to my disability.
I had gotten English tutors for years until I finally pass.

Yes, it is a mistake to drop out of college.
Just accept that as a fact, what is done is done.
I was extremely depressed that I failed English, but I never, never, ever had any suicidal thoughts. I cried for many days, and I was frustrated that I felt like that my head was constantly banging on the wall instead of being able to pass.
I personally believe you need professional help like physiotrist with medication to pull you out of depression.

You could always go back, don't worry. I know people who had a associate degree then 4 yrs later went back to get a masters or bachelor. So their is always time, don't panic. Sure what you did was a mistake, but everyone does that in there life eventually, it's only the situations that differ from everyone else's.

College is not for everyone, and maybe you are just not ready to go to school. There is no requirement that you attend college, just be sure what you want out of it before starting back up. That is the motivator to finish. I finished my degree two years ago and am mauling on completely changing my career field, I kind of regret not figuring that out before I finished school.

There are people who have joined 10 years later. You're gap is of only 2 years, and the idea of joining is half the battle won, now you can win the whole battle by joining without any delay and really studying hard, don't give up, you can do it, all the best and merry christmas.

hellow!!!!! its a very good thing that u asked for a suggestion regarding this. first thing u need to learn in your life is that "never put education in the back seat" and live for the present but always plan for your future. always have a 5 year plan and try to abide by it. be good and decent and have fun but not with your life!!! and whenever u feel that life is being unfair just think "this too shall pass" and please understand that u are lucky to lead a healthy life and be optimistic. think big and ouf of the box. make good friends and be close to your family coz they,ll be by your side through thick and thin. so be strong and face life!!!

you can always go back. but if you are depressed, i would say to go see a therapist or someone before you think about going back. i was depressed for awhile in college and my grades plummeted because i never got the help. then i switched majors and tried to focus on studying but i wish i had gotten help then. good luck.
