EVEN IF HE DID, so what, we were supposed to get Osama Bin Ladin, in AFGHANISTAN, remember?
If Iraq had bad stuff, we could get it later.
Bush wanted to go to Iraq BEFORE 9/11.
Learn history.
They found plans to TRY to make them, according to your link. What about North Korea? They HAVE a bomb.
Iran is closer to getting a bomb than Iraq EVER was.
Learn history.
If they were so close, the Republicans would NEVER let us hear the end of it, so why are they so silent?

Saddam once had weapons of mass destruction which were provided by the USA to attack the Iranians. The problem with America is they create these monsters and when they lose control they fail to mention the true facts of what is actually going on.
Saddam provided WMD by USA in 1980's against Iran
Osama provided weapons to fight Russians in Afghanistan by US
It's a shame America does this and then plays the "innocent victim" of their own mistakes.

First, Sadaam did have WMD's. But you have to remember that WMD's cover a wide array of weapons. Most people believe that WMD's are nuclear, but by definition, that is not the case.
According to Human Rights Watch, Sadaam had committed some of the most egregious atrocities against the Kurds and his own people using WMD's, using chemical and biological warfare.
I can answer the question of Sadaam's nuclear capabilities with personal knowledge. Sadaam had no nukes. Instead, Sadaam lead everyone around him to believe that he did have nukes. When the US invaded Iraq in March of 2003, Sadaam's military advisors and the generals begged Sadaam to unleash nuclear weapons on US troops. After several weeks Sadaam finally admitted to his advisors that there were in fact no nuclear weapons in Iraq. He had lead the US, UN and surrounding nations to believe that he had nuclear capability to keep his enemies at bay. Had he not held to that claim, he would have been invaded by Iran, Syria and the Kurdish tribes in Northern Iraq.

Iraq had a large stockpile of Weapons of Mass Deception, and it was his intent to gain strength over Iran and Syria through the use of this deception. Unfortunately for Saddam, it had the reverse effect in that America invaded and blew up his scheme and his country.

Ben Laden was one thing Iraq another! I have yet to see one of these folks here and elsewhere come up with a way to catch Ben Laden. If they feel it is so easy, I am sure the government would outfit you and let you catch him, they'll even pay you millions to do so!
Had Bush done nothing everyone would have been up in arms, He did do something and they are up in arms! Only because so many wanted Kerry in the white house!

Even if he did that is not an excuse for the USA to invade the wrong country.. [more than just a little mistake].. Being uneasy neighbors w/Syria and Iran, you would want WMD's too... huh?

Yes.
Saddam thought he imported WMDs from USA
When US was about to attack, he tested one. They found that they were just empty shells of WMDs.
Hahahaha
