I have blemishs, and a few zits. On my blemishes they are flaky for some reason. I go back to school on Jan. 4 and would like my face to be clear by then. Anyone know how I can get my face clear by starting on Dec. 25 and ending on Jan. 4?

ZITS COME FROM HORMONES,STRESS,OILS AND MOISTURIZERS, THE HEAT AND TOO MUCH SUGAR. DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

AS FOR YOUR BLEMISHES YOU NEED A TONER PROACTIVE HAS A GOOD ONE BUT I FOUND THAT IT HAS TO GIVE ME A ZIT AND BLEMISH AND THEN GET RID OF IT, IT IRRITATES SOME PEOPLES SKIN

NO RUBBING ALCOHOL ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS B4 YOU TOUCH YOUR FACE AND DONT PICK

A CLEANSER (TO REMOVE EVERYTHING ON YOU FACE) A TONER (BEST TO USE BEFORE U GO 2 SLEEP) MOISTURIZER (WITH SUN SCREEN CLEAN AND CLEAR HAS A GOOD ONE ITS CALLED MORNING BURST ) I ALSO USE A CLARIFYING SOAP (ALTRA) IF I DONT HAVE A CLEANSER

THERE WILL NEVER BE A OVERNIGHT TRANSFORMATION IT TAKES TIME WITH ZITS AND BLEMISHES BUT IF YOU STICK TO IT I PROMISE IT WILL GET BETTER AND BETTER

Eat only vegetable salads for about a week. Take a multivitamin-mineral supplement and drink plenty of water. Do some type of cardio daily such as walking or stationary bike. Use NOXZEMA SKIN CREAM. Follow instructions on container. Use an acne cream to apply directly on pimples. This will dry them up. Get plenty of rest. Be happy. Stress may cause acne. After a week of eating only vegetable salads be a vegetarian for the second week.(Vegetables, Fruits, Grains, Nuts, Seeds, Legumes) On the third week add meat and dairy to your diet.

NOTE: All bodies are not the same. I have been told by a few people that acne has nothing to do with diet. I know from personal experience that certain foods will cause me to break out. Someone else may not be affected by the same food.

Conclusion: Eat healthy, Drink plenty of water, Take multivitamin-mineral supplements, Keep your skin clean, and be happy.

Any Walgreen or other drug stores had mountains of skin products you don't see on TV. It doesn't have to say zit cream on it for it to work on zits. Some even do what they called 'aspirin mask' which you can look up on web. But just a week is pretty short. Or get a face transplant if you got a donor.

Go to any salon and get a facial, it exfoliates the dry skin. I do mean a professional facial.

Get a aspirin, smash it and add a little water to make a paste and put it on there...
