Pretty much everyone is to one degree or another - the person we show to the outside is not the same person we are inside.
The biggest practitioners of S&M (smoke and mirrors) are those who are not just fooling others but trying to fool themselves, not even admitting to themselves what they are really like.
To some degree, I guess that's pretty much everyone too.
