I have one on my forehead, still has the white in it and everything and Im wondering if there is anyway to make it completely go away within a number of hours?

white toothpaste will almost diminish it overnight.
preparation H shrinks it & reduces the red.
if its under the surface still, campho phenique will draw it out.
you could pop it 1st, but if you squeeze too hard, it'll bruise your skin

take a piece of bacon and a straw, poke out a hole in the bacon with the straw take the little piece that you punched out and put it on a bandaid and put the bacon over the zit for a few hours, take it off squeeze it like hell then put a drop of aftershave on it and a new bandaid for a few minutes to soak up blood and leave the platelets so it wont have a scab

I agree that toothpaste should help it swell down. Then just put some like body lotion/cream on it to help it heal. Hope this somewhat helps. xD
