I am trying to choose between the Sony Ericcson W300i or the Lg CU500. I am leaning more toward the Sony, but i would like to get some opinions.. Thanks

It has to be on Cingular and i am only picking from these two. I had a razr and it was horrible.

Depends on what you want to use a phone for. HOWEVER, having said that, I was recently looking at a magazine that gives reviews of various new phones. LG CU500 has a Talk time of 4 hours, versus the Sony Ericsson W600i 's Talk time of 10 hours 10 minutes--a significant difference. But the Sony lists for $150 versus the LG CU500 's list price of $80 . So there is a trade-off there.
If you download lots of music, the LG has a microSD card that lets you load tunes easier than you can with some other phones. The Sony can't add a memory card with music; you have to transfer songs to the same 256 memory that you also store photos in.
Both have a 1.3 megapixel camera, and a 176 x 220 pixel LCD (screen). The Sony is a bit difficult to figure out at first software is a bit confusing, according to the reviewer.
See if you can find a copy of "Cell Phone Handbook, Fall 2006 on your newsstands still. , pages 55 and 56 ..

sony sony sony!! I hate LG they havent been around long enough to prove them selfs worthy yet like other brands that have proved them selfs worthy like panasonic or samsung and of course sony u cant go wrong with sony all there stuff is so great! there cellphones there camera and video cameras and laptops! its to bad u didnt like the razr i have one its a very cool phone i love how skinny it is!my u should try verizon and get there razr its cool it has a 1.3 megapixel camera to! or get a tmobile sidekick or a MDA or a SDA or a treo! these are all very nice phones! its to bad LG makes the verizon chocolate phone i would buy it if someone else made it! or get that cool helio phone samsung makes that its a very cool phone well which ever one u pick im sure youll love it!

Between your two choices i would say go with the LG CU500 i checked it out and its really nice but i would recommend the new blackjack, or a blackberry

try US cellular i have had mine two years and have never had a dropped call, they have great plans that will fit your needs, the cameras phone is great
