Why would you think of naughty thoughts when thinking of Jesus? You should replace the naughty thoughts with good thoughts when thinking of Jesus. HE is all good. We are to be like HIM. We are to shine in the LIGHT and not live in Darkness.
Being tempted in doing bad things is not of the Spirit. You may want to rethink on your thoughts and pray that you will be healed.

A common obsession (OCD) includes upsetting sexual, violent or blasphemous thoughts.
Sometimes I feel like random blashphemous thoughts come into my head out of nowhere too. I seriously can't help it. And it DRIVES ME CRAZY. I love God with all my heart and it scares me to have these random thoughts. : ( That very well may be the reason why I don't like to go to church.. because I'm afraid these thoughts will come even more...
I really think I have a mild case of OCD...
If your thoughts are uncontrollable, then you may have OCD as well?

no i have never heard of anyone doing that and it isn't a good thing to do if you are saved you need to pray about it because it is disrespectfull to him incase you arent saved i will pray for you
