I'm sorry, I can't help you, but I feel the need to clear up something for other people...
The asker asked for romanizations, not translations, and furthermore, not a copy of the same lyrics that she posted except in traditional.
If you are unclear what "romanization" means, then Se Kai Deh Eet Teng [我是世界第一等] is an example.

Lune, I am not sure what part of the world you live in, but if you live in the US or Canada, I would recommend you call around to various Chinese restaurants and ask them if they are specifically from either Taiwan or Fu Jian province in China, because if so one of the staff people could probably pronounce these lyrics in Taiwanese/Fu Jian dialect (nearly identical), and you could then write down the lyrics in pinyin or Wade Giles romanization (your choice). That's unfortunately the best advice I can give you, I only speak Mandarin... Good luck!

This is basic from Taiwanese romanize, what I don't understand is why it come up with simple Chinese??
