they feel like the worst period cramps of ur life. in that same general area. the baby pushes all over though and there's little room in there so cramps anywhere are normal and par for the course but contractions are centralized in that area.
if you c u m really hard you'll know what i'm talking about. it makes u contract. the harder you do the harder they are. it's wierd. if your pain doesn't feel right pay attention though and seek help. better safe than sorry.

Worth the short amount of pain!
