The death of my mother (my father preceded her 23 yrs. ago) leaving me an orphan. To never feel her arms around me again or dad's.....
The only blessing is that it IS an unreapeatable experience.

Me and mywife together given birth to our 2nd kid, that is the unrepeatable experience. :-)
Got my point, if we tryout another kid then it becomes birth to 3rd not 2nd.

I dont actually fire people but I am the one that has to escort them to the office,as soon as I go on the shop floor they all pray its not them i go to,then I have to talk to them on the way to the office.(how does that grim reaper sleep at night)
