No, for all the bad things Bush is responsible for, he and his cronies are not that dumb or evil.
There is the fact that Bin Laden's father, who is an important buisnessman in Saudi Arabia, is a close friend of Bush senior, James Baker and other investors in the Carlyle group.
There is also the nasty comment Dubya made after the 9/11 attack, the so-called "trifecta" remark.
It all points to the Bush administration hoping for something bad to happen, but not knowing it would happen in America. Of course, if they had listened and paid attention to the warnings, there is a good chance the attack would have been stopped.

No.

First of all, Bush has not declared war on Iraq; only Congress can declare war, and it has not done so.

Secondly, Bush didn't send troops into Iraq because of 9/11, he sent them into Afghanistan.

Thirdly, he could have sent troops into Iraq for the same reason Reagan sent them into Nicaragua, to oust a leader he had problems with.

Lastly, no politician is so stupid as to think that plunging a nation into war is the best way to get re-elected.

I'm all for conspiracy theories but this one sounds a little too far fetched. What would he have to gain? The war has ruined his reputation I don't know why he'd want to do that. Besides, if he really wanted an excuse to invade Iraq he could(well maybe not him) come up with a better excuse that wouldn't be so devastating. 9/11 is a crap excuse itself seeing how Iraq was hardly involved in it.
Anything's possible but I highly doubt he planned the attacks.

I honestly think that is a bunch of Liberal propaganda. It would end up costing more money and trouble than its worth in the long run. People say that Bill Clinton warned us about it or something - but then there are people who say everyone knew the holocaust would happen and no one stopped it. It all depends on one thing: 1. Wether you support president Bush or not.

i'm not a huge george bush supporter, but i don't think that he'd willingly send that many people to their grave for that reason. there would have been a better way to declare war on bin laden

that's a conspiracy concept, although some people proved this to be authentic yet,in my very own little suggestions,i ask your self why he could try this...If its for oil,the U. S. has greater friends than foes in that section...till now 9/11 we've had terrorist agencies who schemes, waited for possibilities to strike usa.So i dont have faith Bush did that....And to those that lost their lives @ the Sept 9/11 attack, would their souls relax IN suited PEACE.Amen

Is it possible this is the only way you can attempt an ego-boost ? By linking yourself with the President in a derogatory manner ? I once heard there's no such thing as a stupid question . That's another thing you've proved to be wrong .

NO WAY . CONSPIRACY THEORISTS NEED NOT APPLY!
HE IS GUILTY OF DOING SOMETHING FAR WORSE TO THE
CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES THEN WHAT THAT BOMBING DID TO US.

HE LIED TO US
AND CONTINUES TO DO SO TO COVER IT UP

WHERE IS BIN LADEN AND WHERE ARE THE WMD?
THE REASON FOR OUR PROBLEMS NOW WITH THE REST OF THE WORLD IS HIS INABILITY TO STAY HIS COARSE!!!
FIND WHAT YOU SAID WAS THERE, FIND THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR 9-11 .WHEN YOUR DONE THEN ASK FOR WAR WITH THE REST OF THE WORLD!!!
