I think women have better taste on choosing gifts.

*Usually* it is women, b/c they love to shop and they won't mind taking the time to find the perfect gift !!! Sometimes guys are just a little lost and they're not sure what to buy, but anyway... They can make great gifts, too! --- hint: jewelry, stuff like that :p

women as a rule but when my hubby goes out and picks out something for me himself it is the best gift ever as I know he does not like to shop and spends a lot of time looking for what he thinks I would like. No matter what he comes up with it makes me feel very loved as it is from the heart Merry Christmas Oh defender

women. And I'm not just saying that because I'm a woman, I'm saying it because women like to shop. Generally, the person who likes to shop more will spend more time searching for a suitable gift. =)

i don't think one or the other buys better gifts. it all depends on who they are and who they are buying for. some people are just better at putting more thought into buying gifts than others, but i don't think that it matters what gender you are.
