my computers tripping...the internet closes on me sometimes?

it goes kinda slow now..and sometimes my mom checks her mail and wen shes writing it the internet will just close by itself. what can i do to fix all the problems it has?

Someone once told me it was the browser that is being used.

Run an anti-virus scan. If that doesn't work, contact your Internet provider and tell them about this problem.
