Is there something you can do if you order something off a website and they take money off your credit card but you never get the services you want? I didnt, and then I asked for a refund and got it. (supposedly) I have yet to recieve my refund and I have reciepts for both the buying and the credit given back. Its been almost a week now. This is the site.

i was looking and see no return policy. call the company/contact them and ask whether the refund is pending. also ask about all the questions you have. if its been a week, electronic transfers usually don't take long to post to your bank account. i would call and ask the customer service representative. good luck

Exactly the same thing happened to us last month. My wife ordered flowers for her grandmother in hospital, paid with my card. The online florist guaranteed same day delivery but didn't deliver until two days later. They said they would refund but nothing happened.

I called the credit card company and was advised to send a "dispute letter" outlining all the circumstances to them, they would strongly advise the retailer to make the refund. I sent the letter about three or four weeks after the incident. Another two weeks or so later the refund came through. Not bad for one letter.

Wow, You need to stand tall at this moment and I urge you speak to the supervisor of your credit card and ask why they can not refund you. If you do not get it I urge you to contact the web site and ask them why? You then tell them you are taking the website as well as the credit card to small claim court. Make sure you have the record and the info from the web site as well as the credit card. The small claim court will advice you for all info and let's see who is going to win. A business or a small person?

If you've never received the services, most credit card companies will remove the charge immediately while they investigate. After their investigation, if your allegations are true, they will permanently delete the charge. This has happened to me twice.

If it's within 7 days you can do a chargeback with your bank, and your bank will do an investigation.
