At work I have to put up with this from time to time. Thats the life of a dancer and my choice. ANYWHERE else though is a difernt story.
It's my body and if I want you there I will tell you. If you try to stake a claim I might have to hurt you where you don't want to be hurt and then call the police while you are screeming in pain.
Scolding will most often be ignored as just palying hard to get.

Yes, you should slap him and yell very loudly "Get your hand off my breast". Some guys get a kick out of doing stuff like that and women will be ashamed or embarrassed and not say anything. That's why they continue to do it.

I wouldn't consider it, I would definately do it, with a slap across the face and a knee in his groin. That's rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't just walk up to a stranger and grab his penis.

I would in fact voice my opinion on this. I hate when men do that. It makes me feel unappreciated. Not only that, he is showing you no respect by doing this.
