you need to say what you are printing with oil or water base if it is water keep it wet as the professor says and then waste it in cold water not hot I have been a screen printer for several decades and have gotten ink in my hair, my eyes, ears just about everywhere on everything,,...... I confess to a certain amount of messiness... if it is oil immediate scrape the excess off so it wont bleed into the cloth and then use either zylol or taluene and lay a cloth below the Bloch then apply the thinner to the top of the area and keep applying it until it is all gone then soak the cloth in water until you can wash it in the washer good luck and get an apron or better yet wear coveralls like I finally had to

soak it in water and don't let it dry.. then wash it.
