Here is a philosophically generalized answer.... to provide some variety against personal specifics.
What is really most wonderful about life is how it can capture everyone's imagination through the inconsistencies of the past and the uncertainties of the future. These apparently negative attributes are the one which keep our hopes alive for ever, and hope is indeed what 'being alive' is all about.

Life is wonderful to me because it gives me the opportunity everyday to be with people that love me. That's what's so important: LOVE. Ugh that sounds sentimental. I really do think that love makes likfe so wonderful! Merry Christmas.
