Anyone knows this song and singer?

Anyone knows the song with intro lyrics "you can meet me by the railroad......" It's a crossover jazz music heard from the radio

Oleta Adams is the original Artist to perform this song. I do believe it is called "Get Here If You Can" or something. been covered by many but she's the original performer.hope that helps.
