GO TO THE APPLE SITE, ON EBAY THE IPODS ARE NORMALLY USED OR IN BAD CONDITION. BUY IT FROM THE APPLE WEBSITE, YOU GET FREE SHIPPING, AND A FREE ENGRAVING ON YOUR IPOD. Also, you get a better selection and it is the official place to get an IPOD.

Online, at Ebay. They don't charge you retail like in stores so instead of almost $400, it's just flat $300 for a 30GB White IPOD. Well last time, I checked. Hope this somewhat helps =P

Other then somewhere like eBay... Goto to the apple site (apple.com) and click store. Then goto the education section (on the right I think) and choose a school near you. Technically you should be going to that school.
I don't think they give much of a discount on iPods anymore though.

There is Great Deals.com who study pricing and coupons and they are supposed to be able to get you the best price.I beleive that's the name.

maybe an auction on ebay...but if not there all really the same price they dont go on sale
