Charu is an adjective and superlative. Jayadeva in his works Geeta Govindam writes " PRIYE CHARU SILE" Here it means noble.A different poet in anther poem it was mentioned ' SRI RAGHURAMA CHARU TULASI DALA DAMA' . Here it means beautiful Tulasi garland. people replied earlier have also brought out the same. I am only giving the examples. In fact the word CHARU is a Sanskrit word taken into Hindi as it is.

It is not Hindi but Sanskrit. Anushna means not hot. (not ushna).
Usually it is used to describe the blood of cold-blooded animals.
What Ravi has suggested is not entirely correct Neither hot nor cold is Natishitoshna (actually neither too hot nor too cold)
