I searched up VIP muscle in google. It came up with Vastus Intermedius Profundas. This muscle is not present in humans, only in some animals.

The human equivalent is the Vastus Intermedius (VI). This muscle is in the legs and is one part of the quadriceps at the front of the thigh, its not the most superficial as the rectus femoris (also a Quadricep muscle) lies above it. Excerising it can be done by squat presses and using the leg lift weights machines.
