I feel that Jay-Z and many other rappers for that matter are very disrespectful and degrade women on a constant basis. I personally refuse to listen to or buy the type hip-hop that demeans women on any level. I was shocked and disgusted when I found out that Beyonce (whom I consider a talented and beautiful) would lower herself to be with the likes of Jay-Z. Out of all the eligible bachelors in the world she could have picked from, she chose him...? Huh?
Sidenote: He is also very unattractive (inside as well as out)
What in the name of God is Beyonce thinking? Please send your thoughts.....

totally agree. beyonce is such an amazingly beautiful, tslented and kind young woman. she deserves much more. rappers do not respect women at ALL they use them as toys. and he is not the most handsome man and he has an annoying baby voice with a lisp beyonce- find

I agree with you, but I think Beyonce looks the person Beyond his skin and physical looks. We people are very judgemental but knowing a person and having spending time with a person make you see a beauty Beyond other people see.
Look around your home town and you'll be amaze that there are people in your area who is beautiful physically yet married to a beautiful person heart and soul.

Beyonce is a rich woman many times over--how many young eligible men in her financial bracket do you think are out there? If she decided to be with someone who made a lot less than her, she would have to wonder if he was using her.
Also, she did say in "Soldier" that a guy "better be street if ya looking at me".

Honestly, since I am not Beyonce, I don't know what she sees in him. Yes, I think he is very talented as far as rap goes. His rhymes are about as smooth as they get. He is physically unnactractive to me (those lips, ewww!), but that is a matter of opinion. I think that Beyonce is a very talented SINGER (actress, no, but that is another story!). What she sees in Jay-Z is her business; I personally don't see it, but I can honestly say that whatever she sees can't be physical, and that is a good thing. We as regular people don't really know celebrities, so we can't honestly judge them. As the previous poster said "to each his own."

jay-z isnt that bad of a rapper in demoralizing women caompared to other peole liek the ying yang twins. have you even heard some of his songs before?? and they have been dating for 3 years already@! they just keep theri relationship out of the public view. yes i do refu to listen to rap as well cause of how they are direspectful to women and how girls are practically naked in every video shaking theirs butts and boobs everywhere. but if you look at jay-zs latest video he doesnt disrespect women nor how hardly any of that in his video... not all rappers are bad. i liek jay-z kanye west and missy elliot though.. those are really the only hip hop artist i like.. but him and beyonce have been going at it for about 3 years now... and who cares if he isnt the most attractive man around.. people usually go for personality forst and looks for second..

i feel like maybe a lot of rappers arent who they say they are... and sex sells... to say that you treat a girl like a ho for some reason seems to get ppl to buy your music.. either that or Jay-Z has grown up a lot... because it seems that beyonce has a LOT of respect for herself, she is very confident, and she has her own money.. i feel that she is just about the only female artist that has not almost completely exposed herself. i dont think that she would deal with a rapper who is demeaning just for his money.

I dont dislike Jay Z but I do think she can do better. He seems to have grown up a lot and not degrade women but he has too much of a past. I dont understand why she would want to be bothered with all his ex flings and their autobiographies that include him

Yes, Beyonce could have done a lot better than Jay-Z! I don't know why she stays with him! You know he cheats on her (and probably not just with Rihanna!) and he's a very unattractive guy.

I haven't heard any reports of him hitting her or disrespecting her. Since they have been together it seems as if he has matured, and he is a great businessman. As far as looks go to each its own, and he did buy her a Bentley for her birthday, so he obviously appreciates her.
