Soft ...but it can handle a lot of stuffs...which makes my heart strong :)

The heart is a fist sized muscle composed of a unique muscle fiber that does not need an external signal to contract. Each individual muscle fiber can beat independently but the electrical signals that flow across the heart cause all the muscle fibers to beat in unison. That's why people die of sudden cardiac arrest when the electrical signal gets out of sync and all the muscle fibers start beating on a rhythm of their own which causes fibrillation where the heart just quivers and doesn't pump blood.
It's also composed of hollow cavities called atria and ventricles into which the blood flows and out of which it is pumped. Valves control the flow in one direction.
So, I'd say it was firm.

Really soft but tries to appear hard most of the time.

It depends on the day, my attitude, and my mood, but usually my heart is hard due to tough life experiences and heartache, trying to make it soft again.
