All my incomming calls go to the voice mail
when I turn Off my Cell Phone.

I've been told that my phone has gone straight to voice mail and I was on the phone at the time. My phone didn't even beep to let me know I had a call. That doesn't happen all of the time but it has happened at least 5 times that I know of. It can also mean that the person's cell phone is off. I'm not certain about if your number is blocked. I would think that the call wouldn't go through at all. Leaving me to believe that if you call someone and they have your number blocked then you wouldn't get their voice mail at all. Again... I'm not certain. I hope you have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Could be cell phone off, out of area or they pushed ignore or I guess it could be blocked. I have called cellphones before and got voicemail without even a single ring for various reasons.

It could mean that the battery is low or the phone is turned off, they rejected your phone call (sometimes), they are on the phone already, or I suppose they could even have your number blocked.

Well, considering you wouldn't be asking this if you weren't a stalker, I'm not sure how to respond. But if it doesn't ring it could mean his/her phone is off or you were blocked for being a stalker.

WHEN THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME IT HAS BEEN EITHER BECAUSE I WAS ON THE PHONE LIKE JUST DIALING OR MY PHONE WAS OFF, IF SOMEONE BLOCKED YOU YOU PROBABLY WOULDN'T EVEN GET THEIR VOICE MAIL.

Most likely they are on the other line or its just off. If it is blocked you will here an operator talk. good luck

Mine does that when the phone is off or the battery is dead-D
