Try Legalsounds.com...you can get just about any song you'd want, and they only charge 9-cents! You can get ten songs on the site for the price of one on Itunes.
And I won't even ask you to refer me. :)
If they don't have the Titanic song, they have a page where you can request the song - when they add it, they'll notify you via e-mail.

I have I-tunes and that's where I downloaded mine from safely a while back. It only cost me 99 cents. I-tunes is the safest and most legal way to downlaod music.
