Whilst making a demand, ensure you are still polite.
State EXACTLY what you want, jusitification for said demand, when you want it by (set a deadline) and what you will do if that demand is not met (escalation to a solictor or debt recovery etc).

What's the issue?
Newspapers always print my letters.
But, I'd have to agree with your issue to be a strong advocate in order to help.

just answer :who-you are writing to
what- do you want
why- do you feel you are owed,or what action
should be taken to resolve your issue
---- and what repercussions will happen, or you will enforce if they do not comply.
answer each question briefly, then put it in a memo form

you should have a lawyer do it for you on law firm letterhead. otherwise, they probably will not listen to you and tell you to get a lawyer. as a lawyer, I advise that you e-mail me: jplaw1@hotmail.com
