im a goth and someone is keep on messing with me and i was about to go to jail becouse he started to talk crap about my family and frends so i cant accept that becouse i have anger issuses.

I'm glad you are acknowledging you have issues..
That's the first step.
The second step is knowing that YOU are giving them the power by letting them get to you.
So they are talking crap, so what? Words hold no power unless you let them have power.
A better way to deal with this person is to pretend that it's not bothering you. This person is worthless, he doesn't mean anything! Pretend it's borderline funny that they are wasting their energy on talking crap.
Eventually they will get bored with you and move on.
He isn't worth going to jail over... this person isn't even worth your time.
Focus on whats important in your life!

Kindess will KILL anyone like that trust me. It's so hard to be kind to someone who's being the total opposite but just experiment with it. You'll be very surprised at the results.

control your anger and just solve the issue in a polite way ....
if you really cant control your anger thehn just count numbers from 1 to 10 then your anger comes down,,,this is a better way to solve your problem...
