that the person wants it to go fast only he cant even walk~ so he prob is sick or wateva.. but nd he cant even walk, so he wud rather run... ><

to me it means as if this person is trying to get to the top, except he doesnt know where to start or which direction to walk towards, so he/she stands still. it's as if it wants to be somewhere but he knows he can't get there without the small little steps. and something is keeping him from walking. he doesnt know how to start or how to make the first move
