Try to think of the consequences of your actions before opening your mouth or using physical violence.

You can train yourself in doing that...
Just use your brain... think... think... think...

People usually need to be badly punish before they start using their brain... It is sad that we are only clever monkees.

Well...if you can't control this anger of yours maybe see a therapist...or
when you're at home you can punch your pillow or something like that, or buy a stress ball those things that no matter how hard you squeeze they don't break.
But what you need to do is relax..you shouldn't try to get mad in the first place, and if you do just take deep breaths and just pretend nothing really happened...
Hope that helps :]

Get a camcorder and video yourself when you have one of these moments of rage. You'll instantly notice that you may be overreacting to a given situation. And remember to direct your anger to its source in a healthy way. It's okay to get angry but when you hurt others psychologically, emotionally or physically it produces resentment and guilt, not to mention the time it takes to gain back trust from other individuals. A key element here is being responsible for your actions. I've been there. It'd been really helpful to come from a healthy upbringing, but as an adult it is our own way we choose to live our lives...happily or miserably, it's our choice...

don't wake up ever again. that should take care of the anger YOU are causing everyone else. You could cut off your fuse with a sharp pair of scissors. Or a Valium

One effective method may be to watch footage of someone else with unreasonable anger. It may shame a person into change. The only person who has the right to be angry all the time is a person who is always right and never makes mistakes. Of course, that person does not exist.

Here's what you do; go buy yourself a punching bag and put in your room, that way whenever you get mad you can take your anger out on the bag instead of some guys face...but first let's make sure you get to the punching bag before you release your anger...if you know you're gonna get angry, then walk out of wherever you are and head straight home...and vex your anger on the punching bag. Hey it worked wonders for me...

Take your aggression out on yourself first!
And if that dont work. Consider what is really making you angry, and who is in control of it.
Why do people hand their emotional controls over to people then get angry when they start pushing the buttons?
What makes you more angry, what people say about you or what you believe they say about you, or what you think about you!
