Yeah, that guy above me's right. It's the Division Bell tour. They sell DVDs of it under the name PULSE, as well as CDs under that name. If you like Pink Floyd, I highly recommend them. The light show is gorgeous, and the music is pretty good, too. It's a good mix of Roger and David led Floyd, with one or two Syds thrown in. (The only one that comes to mind is Astronomy Domine...)
The song they are playing on that picture is High Hopes. It's very pretty, and quite impressive. I like the huge bell in it.

That was the Division Bell tour, which was '93 or '94. That was the last tour they did.
