definitely!

you have a popup blocker that's messing around with your life

find it & disable it.

if you have norton, then you need to disable that, if you have toolbars e.g yahoo! and google toolbar as i do: you may have more popup blockers to modify or disable.

windows itself has a default popup blocker which should be disabled by norton but sometimes isn't (like mine)

i had this exact problem and once i disabled some of my popup blockers, modified my firewall and reconfigured the other popup blockers, then it worked...

the easiest thing to try by far is pressing the control key (button at the bottom left hand corner of your keyboard if you have a querty and the one immediately next to that on the right if you don't) while you click on the link that opens your southcast.

just press Ctrl the whole time until what you need loads up.
this action is supposed to temporarily disable your popup blocker

if this fails then there's no recourse but to write to shoutcast help, (which i've never done before so can't comment on) and/or emailing help.yahoo.com and getting some help off them
the were quite helpful with me on this very topic although there were many instructions to follow on this issue.

Try disabling your pop-up blocker because the LAUNCHcast radio comes up in a pop-up window usually holding down the
Ctrl key while clicking the link will do the trick.

I haven't gotten that in a long time, though I haven't listened to Launchcast much lately. I would suggest signing out of your messenger, then signing back in again. If that doesn't work, then uninstall messenger, then download it again and see if that will clear it up.
