how high is the temp? if it is much higher than normal, call the hospital. if it just a slight fever, give him a little bit of infant tylonal (i hope you have some) also, he could be teething. Teething causes all the symptoms youve described. try rubbing a little orajel or buy teething tablets (small bottle, get them in the baby isle at walmart) and rub those on his gums. as for the spitting up, try gas drops and a passi. also, to see if it might be his gums rub your finger along the bottom and upper gum. if he quietens down, its teething. do you feel small bumps on the gums? hes teething.
as for anything else, watch the temp. if it rises above 99 degrees definatly call the hospital. if he has a loss of appitite tha is severe or lasts more than a day or two, call the doctor. babies temps arent supposed to go much over 100 degrees. try giving him a bath and getting him to relax. sometimes that helps a lot more than walking, singing, bouncing, rocking....

First you must make sure he stays hydrated ,even if you give him just pedialite or water it's better than nothing ! You may want to call your local hospital and talk to the nurses hot line they answer your concerns and evaluate based on your babies symptoms if it would be best to take him to the e.r. or give you suggestions best of luck my babies sick right now to (she's #1)

If you are worried definatly take him to a dr. DO NOT GIVE A CHILD THAT YOUNG MEDS! I seen that said on here once already and with small infants you should not give tylenol without a doctor advising it! I would take him it if it was me jst cause its outa the norm and something must be hurting him or making him feel icky and I am a mom of two boys!

If he's had these symptoms for a day or more, i would definitely go to the emergency room. He could be dehydrated from spitting up everything.

Have him checked out because babies can dehydrate in no time at all. In the mean time try some pedialite. Hope he gets well soon.
