assuming You run IE?

Why not go to the browser cache files and look what they have viewed and downloaded?

It depends on what browser they were using but in general you want to look at the History and or cookies that were placed on the computer from visited sites.
You might also clk on the down arrow to the right of the location (address) bar to see what was typed in.

Check the history on the Internet. If they used a search engine, it will show the website they searched, and the same for if they knew the address.

I go on his computer and type a letter. THen all the URL's that he visited with that first letter will come up in a drop down form the URL line. I will do that with each letter. If there is an easier way, maybe someone could tell us?

You will have to check the history, if they are wise and trying to hide something you must right click start ---> explore ----> C: ---> Documents and settings ----> then click on what user you are trying to get dirt on----> click cookies. All the data is right there. If you need some extra help let me know send me an email

click on the history icon, it sort of looks like a clock with an arrow , usually at the top of the internet screen

Click on the "History" tab .. That would tell you what all sites that they have visited .

well you could just click on the search bar...
or if thier smart enough to delete that...the history....
then beat them till they tell you =)
