i have pigmentation and scar problems. No acne problems. What does Led light do for you (if you kno wat it is)

An LED is a light emitting diode. You've no doubt seen one at some point or another. It's not a lightbulb. It looks solid and has no filament. It is also very small, less than a half-cm long and just a couple mm wide. I have no idea how it would be used for skin problems
