Why does the mananger of the Albertville Waffe House Lock his Office and set the temperature in the customer eating area freezing.?
when ask the waitress to turn up some heat, the reply is that the manager is gone and the temperature controls are in his office and its lock and we can't change the setting. This is a copout and my last time I will set foot in a Waffe House in the Winter time. It is stupid to freeze the customers the very people who paid the managers salary.
I rate this one at 2.

I hate waffle houses, I think their food is terrible and I wouldn't go back to the one you're speaking of, even in the summer, if that's the way they treat customers. Find out the district manager or the home office and complain. You can probably find it on the computer and I would do it.
Merry Christmas!~~

I've never been to a Waffle House that I didn't freeze! The people sho work there probably like to keep it cold because they're around the grill and they're hot. I guess they don't care about their customers.

I work in restaraunts and I am aware of the climate controls. They can be difficult to deal with, but it is seldom the fault of any manager or employee. I know how it is, and it is inconvenient for the customer, but when I go out to eat, I just leave my coat on, if I have to, and not complain.

Hmm.. Freshly cooked foodstuff. yet frozen vegetables are not undesirable. BQ: My mom and dad get grocery's each and every 2 weeks, and this is oftentimes approximately $2 hundred-3 hundred each and every week. So consistent with month this is between $4 hundred and $six hundred.

To make sure that customers don't linger. Waffle House isn't exactly fine dining around here.

You're at Waffle House, for cryin' out loud. What do you expect? Five star service?
